Norland Int'l. Inc. introduces its new TritonLine" Model 900 automatic bottle loading, washing, filling and capping system. The model is designed to process up to 900 three- to five- gallon (11.4-18.9 L) bottles per hour of virtually any style. It will also process multiple sizes simultaneously without the need for any hand sorting or equipment setting adjustments. The system is manufactured of 304 and 316 stainless steel for longevity, durability and minimal maintenance. A pre-wash/wash function features low-water protection on all water tanks and an adjustable wash time of up to four minutes per cycle. The filler includes a unique lift-and-hold feature used during the capping operation that minimizes wear on bottle bottoms and the central drive chain. A high-capacity hopper holds over 2,000 caps.
