Norland Intl. Inc. introduces the RackStacker" totally automatic rack-loading system designed for bottled water companies. The unit will load up to 600 three- to five-gallon (11.4-18.9 L) bottles per hour. At normal speed, the system will load one standard 40-bottle rack in four minutes. Bottles enter the system four at a time, are tilted back to a horizontal position and moved to the loading station. A proprietary alignment feature keeps bottles from rolling.
