ENPRESS LLC announces the introduction and availability of its Blue Series filtration solutions for the Cartridge Tank™ filtration vessel. These are carbon-block filters made using high-performance coconut-shell carbon, which have more micropores compared to other types of carbon, coupled with a unique binder system that delivers superior adsorption capacity and kinetic dynamics. Two initial solutions—three-micron carbon block (high capacity) and 20-micron carbon block (high porosity/low pressure drop)—are offered. ONE-Water Filtration Simplified™ offers a combination of high-performance carbon and unique binders. A proprietary manufacturing process delivers exceptionally low pressure drop, high dirt-holding capacity and excellent contaminant reduction. The three-micron rated filter has been third-party tested to treat 250,000 gallons (946,353 liters) of water at seven gpm (26 liters/minute) with two ppm of chlorine. The filters are ideal as polishing or prefilters in applications requiring fine filtration and high capacity. All components and materials are FDA-approved, manufactured from NSF 61-certified coconut-shell carbon, and are California Proposition 65-compliant. www.enpress.com, (866) 859-9274
