Faucet for Drinking Water

It's designed to work in tandem with the company's Ulterfiner Reverse osmosis point-of-use system

RainSoft, of Elk Grove Village, Ill., introduces its Filtergard IV Air Gap Plus monitor faucet. It's designed to work in tandem with the company's Ultrefiner reverse osmosis point-of-use system. To make certain the membrane is performing properly, a TDS meter in the faucet automatically compares the level of dissolved solids in the filtered water to the level of incoming water. The meter controls an indicator light on the faucet's base. Green indicates the system is working at full strength. Amber means a filter change is needed because the TDS level has exceeded the pre-set amount.
