Norland Int’l. Inc., of Lincoln, Neb., introduces its new VC6000 vapor compression water distiller that produces up to 6,000 gallons (22,712 liters) of fresh, clean water. The distiller, like all of the company’s distillation systems, is designed specifically for maximum operating efficiency. The largest distiller in the product line, it requires as little as 0.85 Kw/h of electrical power to produce one gallon (3.78 liters) of distilled water. It also produces nearly six gallons (22.7 liters) of water for every one gallon of reject water produced.
