KEY ACCOUNT & TECH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE  
Hellenbrand Water, a leading manufacturer of residential, commercial and industrial water treatment equipment is seeking a Key Account & Tech Support Representative located in our Waunakee, WI facility. This position provides technical support, determines product application requirements, sizes, provides quotes, follows-up, enters order information and maintains positive customer relations.

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of of inside sales, technical support or related sales experience preferably in the water treatment industry. Candidates who have a basic knowledge of water analysis, and ability to interpret results, thorough knowledge of equipment sizing and application processes, proficiency with needs analysis from customers to drive incremental sales opportunities and demonstrated knowledge of residential and commercial water softener control systems will be preferred. WQA certification is a plus.

INSIDE SALES / SYSTEM DESIGN  
Water treatment OEM/pump distributor in mid-Atlantic seeking individual with technical expertise and hands-on experience for inside sales/system design position.

Position requirements include:
• Detailed knowledge of Fleck, Clack and Autotrol valves.
• Sizing of commercial and light industrial softeners, filter beds, ion exchange units, other water treatment systems/equipment.
• Diagnosis/evaluation of problem water, proposing solutions (including for hardness, pH, iron, VOCs, metals).
• Customer support/troubleshooting for existing systems and components, control valves and ion exchange resins and media.
• Understanding of water chemistry, ion exchange resins and various media, and interaction with pressure/flow.
• Familiarity with related pump applications, sizing.
• Familiarity with chemical dosing/metering pumps, technologies.

Candidate requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Substantial experience in sales, service, system design or other customer-facing position in water treatment and/or pump industries.
• Specific experience - either as installer/service technician or in wholesale/distribution of water treatment equipment - preferred.
