Position Requirements
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience managing a sales, marketing and/or operations function, including a successful record of managing sales performance, preferably in a water conditioning/route service industry. Previous experience as a general manager strongly preferred
• Experience managing a for-profit organization and creating business plans for respective areas of responsibility
• Experience managing other employees within multiple departments strongly preferred
• Ability to use a personal computer or other technology for email, word processing, spreadsheet management and other business related software

ResinTech, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Ion Exchange Technologist for our West Berlin, NJ location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• First point of contact for all technical inquiries
• Support customers by interacting with lab, technical management and sales staff
• Prepare performance projections of our products manually, and with proprietary software for ion exchange resins, activated carbon and other performance products.
• Reports to the V.P. of Operations, working closely with the Technical Director to seek advice and review as appropriate in order to get timely answers to technical questions and customer inquiries.
• Proficient in Ion Exchange Resin Technology. Will become proficient in our related technologies including Activated Carbon, System and Product Filters, Resin Regeneration and General water purification technology.
• Utilize our extensive technical library to solve customer applications and problems.
• Write papers for magazines and trade shows
• Present seminars and training classes
• Assist in writing procedures for laboratory and plant.
• Work with the Quality department on Specifications and product approvals
• Work with Production to provide technical guidance and support on production related issues.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting in the field to customers requiring occasional travel.
