Use the 2000 Series™ test kits from Taylor Technologies, Inc. to keep pool/spa water sanitized to protect bathers and balanced to prevent equipment damage. Two kits in the series employ the FAS-DPD method favored by many health inspectors to measure free and combined chlorine (1 drop = 0.2 or 0.5 ppm) or bromine (1 drop = 0.5 or 1.25 ppm). No more matching shades of pink—read the sanitizer concentration when the treated water sample changes from color to no color. Besides chlorine, the K-2006 analyzes cyanuric acid (chlorine stabilizer), pH, acid and base demand, total alkalinity and calcium hardness. The K-2106 bromine version has no cyanuric acid test. Both kits include a 60-page waterproof testing and treatment guide and a Watergram™ for calculating water balance.
