Biography of Ronald D Baker

From Water Conditioning Magazine, December 1970, WCAI, 25th Anniversary: WCAI President, 1951. Water Refining Company, Middletown, Ohio. Has made it big, as both dealer and manufacturer. Started Water Refining in 1957 to manufacture water conditioners. Firm is no third largest in the country. Still retains original Dayton, Ohio dealership, one of nation's largest. Among other things, is prominent quarter-horse breeder: One of his studs named 1970 "Sire of the Year." Spent early career in the banking business. A man of his word, he is outspoken on industry failings, surprisingly accurate in his judgments. Widely respected for his business acumen. He and wife Virginia, have four youngsters.
